How to See Who’s Viewed Your Profile on Facebook – The Simple Steps

The first thing you need to do is simply log in your Facebook profile. Then, click on the little arrow next to your name at the top right corner of your screen. You will see a drop-down menu. Click on “Settings” from that menu.

A new tab will open up with all of your Facebook settings. On the left side of that page, you will see a list of different categories including Privacy, Apps and other stuff. You need to Click on “Timeline and Tagging” in that list.

You will now see a page with information about all of the activity in your life on Facebook.com including who has viewed your profile or photos, who have tagged themselves in photos with you, who has searched for you and other stuff like that. You can also see how many people have looked at posts that you have shared with them privately (you must be friends with someone for this feature).

You can figure out who has recently visited your Facebook profile by following these steps:

Go To Facebook on a Web Browser

When you visit Facebook on a web browser, you can see who has looked at your profile by clicking the small down arrow next to the “Who can see my stuff?” question in the right corner of any profile. This will pull up an expanded menu with options for viewing all activity or activity from within the last 7 days. You can also click “View As” to see what others see when they look at your profile page.

The list below shows every time someone has visited your profile, including when they checked out specific posts and photos — even if they didn’t like them or comment on them. The only thing missing from this list is information about other people who have viewed profiles through apps and games rather than the main website itself.

Scroll Down Until You See the Section Titled “People You May Know”

When you’re on Facebook, you may see that your friend or a mutual friend has viewed your profile. You can click the link to see who’s been checking out your profile.

If you want to know if someone has been looking at your Facebook profile, you can find out by clicking on the “People You May Know” section at the bottom of your News Feed. This section is visible only if someone has viewed your profile within the past week.

Notice the List of People Who Have Viewed Your Profile

The list of people who have viewed your profile on Facebook is just one more way that you can keep track of what people are doing on Facebook. If you’re not sure how to find the list, I’ll explain it here.

The list of people who have viewed your profile is available in the right-hand column of your Facebook page. It looks like this:

As you can see, there are two ways to access the list of people who have viewed your profile:

Click on Friends from the left-hand column.

Click on View Profile Visitors from the right-hand column.

Look For Mutual Friends to Confirm the Identity

The simplest way to know if someone has viewed your Facebook profile is to use the Facebook search. You can also click on their name in the search results to see if they have viewed your profile or not.

However, it’s not always easy to find mutual friends who can confirm the identity of someone who viewed your profile. This is because mutual friends are often concerned about privacy and therefore don’t share such information with others.

If you really want to know if someone has looked at your profile then there is no other way except asking them directly but this may lead to awkwardness between you and the person.

You can also try using Facebook Graph Search which allows users to search for people based on what they like or dislike. However, this too may not be very effective because people can modify their likes and dislikes anytime without letting others know about it.

Conclusion

While there are numerous ways to see who has been viewing your profile on Facebook, the simplest way is by using an extension for the Google Chrome browser that will do all the hard work for you. Simply download and install the extension and it will begin tracking for you immediately.
